Log into your BoxUp account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully place the items back into their original luxury packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to qualify for a full refund.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the exterior of your return parcel.

Quality Review & Refund

Once our concierge team receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
